How do I stop feeling overwhelmed by problems?

Write everything down, then sort each item: things you can act on, things you can't control, and worries that haven't happened. Do one small task today and schedule the rest. A sorted list usually feels much lighter than the same list in your head.

    How do I stop overthinking?

Try worry postponement: note the worry, give yourself a short set time later to think about it, and go back to what you were doing. Ask whether there's one action you can take; if not, it's probably noise. If overthinking feels constant or heavy, talk to a doctor or a counsellor.

How do I say no without feeling guilty?

Keep it short and kind, with no long excuse: "Thanks for asking, I can't this time." Offering something smaller you're happy to do helps. A clear no now is kinder than a yes you'll resent later.
